TOPSHAM BREWERY HALLOWEEN MOVIE NIGHT : THE EVIL DEAD
This Halloween, the woods are calling… and they’re bringing The Evil Dead to the big screen. Join us for a night of supernatural screams, twisted laughs, and cabin-in-the-woods chaos as we raise the spirits of Sam Raimi’s cult horror masterpiece.
Leave the faint of heart at home — this one’s packed with demonic possession, flying eyeballs, and enough fake blood to fill a small lake. So grab your friends, light your lanterns, and prepare to open the Necronomicon… just don’t read the words out loud.
It’s going to be a groovy night of gore, giggles, and good old-fashioned Halloween horror — and remember: once the Evil Dead rise, there’s no turning back.
As always, we have camping chairs, popcorn, sweets and of course lots of great beer!

In the summer of 1979, a group of Detroit friends with $375,000 raised from local investors headed for a cabin outside of Morristown, Tennessee to make a film about five college students possessed by an ancient ‘Book of the Dead.’ The filmmakers’ goal was to create ‘The Ultimate Experience in Grueling Terror,’ a movie so relentless that it would stand forever as a landmark in modern horror history. When it was released in 1982, it was immediately recognized worldwide as one of the most ferociously original films ever made.
