PILATES WORKOUT CLASS WITH EMILY
Emily is a Level 4 Advanced Mat Pilates instructor with a background in contemporary dance. She brings a holistic, whole-body approach to her classes, welcoming all abilities and creating a space that is inclusive and warm. Her sessions focus on mindful breathwork, alignment and cultivating inner strength through accessible, thoughtful movement.
While classes are primarily mat-based, Emily often incorporates small equipment such as blocks, resistance bands and small balls – all of which will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, though there are a few spare for anyone who needs one. Emily is passionate about Pilates and dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath and move with confidence.
